Videon's devices are integrated with a number of streaming providers. Below is a list of those streaming providers linking to the associated guides for RTMP streaming using their platforms.
Generic RTMP
If the streaming provider you would like to use is not part of the above list, you can still stream to any provider by following the Generic RTMP Streaming Guide.
RTMPS
Videon devices support RTMPS streaming to RTMPS compliant destinations. Simply choose RTMPS as your protocol, and input a valid RTMPS destination URL in the Generic Output dropdown choice.
WebRTC
Some RTMP ingest points utilize WebRTC protocol which does not handle B-frames (e.g. Red5Pro, Millicast, Phenix, Ant Media, etc.). Please be sure to set the Quality/Latency setting of the associated video profile(s) to Lowest when using H.264 to avoid video playback/quality issues.
Multiple RTMP
To use multiple RTMP, simply configure each RTMP destination you would like to go to under the respective RTMP outputs. There are 3 outputs, so is it possible to stream to 3 different RTMP destinations.
When streaming to multiple RTMP destinations, the front "Stream" button will control all RTMP outputs. See this article for more information about how the front "Stream" button works.
