ARTICLE AMENDMENT PUBLISHED MAY 19, 2025:
- It has come to our attention that Amazon Web Services may have introduced a change on January 30th, 2025, to the IVS platform that has impacted our native integration on Videon's local web UI, leaving it only partially functional. For example, some customers have reported being able to log in and create new channels in IVS via the Web UI, but they are unable to retrieve their created channels through the Videon Web UI.
- A known workaround for this issue is to use Generic RTMPS to stream your events to the IVS platform. For instructions on setting up a Generic RTMPS stream to Amazon IVS, check out this article!
