LiveEdge® Cloud Control is updated independently from the software installed on LiveEdge® Node devices, although Cloud Control updates are included with device software updates. For LiveEdge® Max 2 and Max devices, Cloud Control updates are included exclusively with device software updates.
Updating Your Videon Device
Software updates can be installed using Check for Updates in the device's Advanced menu from the local web UI or beneath the Firmware Version section in LiveEdge® Cloud Control.

Before updating: Review the applicable release notes for your device and software version before installing an update. Release notes include important information about new features, improvements, fixes, and any known issues associated with the release.
