Submitting a Technical Support Request

For information on what support tier you are in, visit our
- Click the button in the bottom right corner of this window
- It should say either "Chat", "Support", or "Leave a message"
- Use the search bar to see if the issue is already documented
- If the issue is not documented, fill out the fields and describe what issue is occurring
Send Videon Technical Support an email
- Address the email to techsupport@videonlabs.com
- Make sure to include:
- The device Serial Number located on a sticker on the bottom
- Debug logs from when the issue is being experienced (How to Export Debug Logs)
- A description of the issue being experienced (the more detail the better!)
