My Videon device has stopped working when I tried rebooting it. I cannot connect to it, all of my front panel LEDs are solid purple/pink, and the Ethernet port is not showing any activity on the amber and green LEDs.
If you are using a network switch that has POE capability but may not have the appropriate power supply requirement for the Videon, be sure to:
- Disconnect the Ethernet cable
- Plug in the AC power adapter supplied by Videon
- Plug the Ethernet cable back in
If you have tried this and are still seeing solid purple/pink LEDs on the front panel, please Submit a Technical Support Request.
