Like most live streaming platforms, Facebook does unfortunately have some limitations. In particular, Facebook does not currently support 4K streaming. There are a few other recommended resolutions which Facebook does support which can be found here. Your Videon product can be adjusted to scale to these resolutions as necessary.
These resolutions include:
- 1080p @ 60 FPS
- 1080p @ 30 FPS
- 720p @ 60 FPS
- 720p @ 30 FPS
- 480p @ 30 FPS
- 360p
