While using a Node/EdgeCaster operating on OS V9.6.0, it is possible you may encounter the following error conditions in conjunction with the Cloud Control Agent V1.0.0b44.
These issues will only be present using the Cloud Control interface and are resolved in the V10.0.1 local device software! Check out this article to learn more about updating to the latest software.
In the meantime, please view the following issues and the suggested remedies:
- ISSUE #1: When using the COMMANDS shortcut to enable/disable outputs, you may encounter error conditions where some or all outputs that you are enabling/disabling are changing configurations or not enabling/disabling effectively.
- REMEDY #1: Navigate to the Configuration page for your device and enable/disable outputs from this view instead of using the COMMANDS shortcut.

- ISSUE #2: When attempting to configure and enable an SRT Listener stream, the Save button will appear grayed out making it difficult to save the SRT Listener configurations.
- REMEDY #2: Temporarily change the SRT output to Caller and enter any IP address into the Caller Destination Address, then switch the Mode back to Listener and the Save button will be enabled once again.
