Videon's latest platform, LiveEdge® Max, ships with a powerful and intuitive front panel display, ready to use right out of the box. This display gives you quick access to key device information and basic controls without logging into the web UI.

What is the Front Panel Display?
The front panel display shows:
Selected video input(s)
System IP address
MAC address
Device serial number
Software version
Waking Up the Display
By default (software V10.0.2), the front panel displays the LiveEdge® Max logo when powered on. Press any button to the right of the display to wake it up and access the menu.

Note: Inputs must be created via the local Web UI or LiveEdge® Cloud Control before they can be managed from the front panel.
Preview Mode (Available in >V10.2.1)
Preview live video directly on the front panel.
To use:
Ensure an input is created in Web UI or Cloud Control.
Navigate to Preview.
Select Input 1 or Input 2.
To exit Preview mode:
Re-enter Preview menu
Select None
Shutdown Behavior by Software Version
Shutdown behavior varies slightly depending on software version.

Factory Reset (Available in >V10.3.0)
Selecting Reset → Factory Reset restores the device to default settings.
