Problem
When trying to save the settings on the Device Settings page in the Videon web UI, an error message of "Error saving data" appears
Solutions

Check network information
- This error is in reference to network settings. Ensure all network information is in a valid format
- Example: An IP of 192.167.1.105 is entered, but the network’s gateway is 192.168.1.1. The IP might be accepted since it is in the format of xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (leading zeros can be left out), but is not valid on the network, thus the device will not work properly on the network.

If you have incorrectly entered static network information and can no longer connect to the device, on LiveEdge® Node/EdgeCaster, perform a Factory Reset to reset the box to DHCP mode
