If it is your first time learning about our Cloud Control platform, or you are attempting to adopt your Videon device into Cloud Control and have received the following notification:
Please submit a technical support request with the following:
- Subject line: "Invitation request to LiveEdge® Cloud"
- E-mail address which you will be signing in with
- Organization name that you would like to be added to Cloud Control
- Severity Level 3
*NOTE: If you are requesting access to an existing organization in Videon's Cloud Control, Videon's support team will first need to validate the request with the existing Admins of the organization before we can grant you access. If you know an existing organization Admin, please CC them on the support request to help expedite the approval.
