Adding Data Encoding to Your Livestream

Local Web UI:

1. Select "Add Profile" under Data Profiles in your device's web UI.
    
   
2. Select desired Data Source and "Add"
   
3. Under the desired output profile, select "Add Data Source".
4. Select your Data Source profile.
5. Select "Save" and enable stream.

LiveEdge Cloud UI:

1. Navigate to your device's "Device Configuration" tab in LiveEdge Cloud Control.
2. Select "+ New Encoder" button in the "Encoders" section of your Device Configuration tab.
   
   
   
3. Select desired "Data Encoder" in the Encoder Type dropdown.
   
4. Select the desired encoder type, name the encoder, and select "Create Encoder" button.
5. Select "Save"
6. In the Outputs section of your device's Configuration tab, select the output that you would like to assign the data encoder to.
   • Not all outputs allow for data encoding.
7. Select your created data encoder in the dropdown of the desired output under the "Data Encoder(s) dropdown.
8. Select "Save" and enable stream.
