Test URL button results in "URL is not valid"
If the XML URL is reported as not valid, try entering the URL in your web browser. Typically this is because there is an issue with the file being accessible. The web browser should show if the file is accessible or not.
XML is enabled, but no settings are changing
If the XML URL is valid when the "Test URL" button is clicked, this is likely a formatting error. Enter the XML URL in your web browser. If there is an issue with the XML file, the browser should report it.
A good tool to use as well is w3schools' XML Validator or xmlvalidation.com
