FAQ
Q: The red alert banner is distracting. Can I disable that?
A: Yes. If the error displayed is trivial, navigate to Alerts in the menu to mute that category of alerts. It will show as strikethrough text.
Q: The alert item I previously disabled still comes back. What should I do?
A: The Alerts in the menu can only be muted temporarily. It doesn’t save after reboot. If you wish to mute an alert permanently, the best practice is not to reboot the device.
Q: Why is there a red border around my display?
A: The red outline/border appears when an output is enabled. Verify this on the Web UI in Outputs, which shows “Status: Streaming”.
